Turmeric Kale Scramble Recipe
A great simple recipe you can make in only 5 minutes! Great for breakfast before you head to the gym, or anytime you want to enjoy a little quick snack.
First, you gotta butter up your pan nice and good. While you wait for the butter to melt and the pan to warm up, whisk 2 eggs in a separate bowl.
Second, chop up some kale and throw it in the pan, let the kale cook until it softens up a bit, then add your eggs to the mix. In this step I also like to add some chopped mini tomatoes.
Third, while the goodies are cooking in the pan, add some garlic powder, salt and pepper and 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder. The turmeric is what really makes this taste incredible. Scramble everything in the pan for a few minutes until the eggs are done cooking.
Fourth step is to eat and enjoy your masterpiece!
