Gourmet Hemp Seed Salad
Hemp seeds are as ridiculously healthy as they are tasty! You can mix them with almost anything and it will taste great. Here is a great salad recipe that any nature lover will enjoy.
First Dice 2 sweet potatoes and bake them in the oven until they are nice and golden. Once they’re done baking, let them cool.
Second Chop up some kale leaves and red cabbage, as much as you will need for you or your guests. (Make sure you have more kale than cabbage.)
Third Mix everything in steps 1 & 2 in a bowl, then add as many hemp seeds as you would like into the mix. The more the merrier!
Fourth Make the salad dressing in a separate bowl. Mix equal parts honey, chopped cilantro, and minced ginger.
Fifth This is the easiest step. Pour the salad dressing over the salad, toss the salad, then squirt some lemon over your masterpiece. After this you are finished! Serve and enjoy!
