15 Minute Avocado Chicken Sandwich
This delicious sandwich is so easy to make and tastes amazing! What I like to do is slice the chicken breast in half while still frozen, and then allow to defrost. This time around I coated the chicken in a mix of red chili powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Sounds like a lot, however it came out tasting great on its own, and especially when mixed with avocado.
Using a tablespoon of butter I got my frying pan to medium heat, and let the chicken cook until the sides turn color. Flip, and cook thoroughly. To get that golden, and if you like a bit black, color then turn the heat on high for a few minutes.
Slice your avocado and tomato, toast your bread, and you are ready to go. Add a little bacon if you are feelings the urge.
