A great simple recipe you can make in only 5 minutes! Great for breakfast before you head to the gym, or anytime you want to enjoy a little quick snack.
First, you gotta butter up your pan nice and good. While you wait for the butter to melt and the pan to warm up, whisk 2 eggs in a separate bowl.
Second, chop up some kale and throw it in the pan, let the kale cook until it softens up a bit, then add your eggs to the mix. In this step I also like to add some chopped mini tomatoes.
Third, while the goodies are cooking in the pan, add some garlic powder, salt and pepper and 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder. The turmeric is what really makes this taste incredible. Scramble everything in the pan for a few minutes until the eggs are done cooking.
Fourth step is to eat and enjoy your masterpiece!
What makes this dish so perfect is the kale and turmeric. These two ingredients working together immensely benefit your body. They’re rich in vitamins and minerals, boost your cardiovascular health and even prevent many illnesses including cancer.
